Sever wasnt as attentive about refills. And sometimes like this time;breadsticks hard. But i liked my main dish.

Clean, friendly, good food. Easy parking and good location. Clean bathrooms. Nice place, I would eat here again.

I know it's a late review but I promised I would do one. Our waiter "J" (can't remember his full name) was amazing!! He made our night, he was prompt, diligent and an excellent conversationalist. You could tell he likes his job and isn't just there to make a buck, he also doesn't try to hard either which is nice. Food was hot and tasty and so worth it, though the second helping on the endless pasta is WAY smaller than the first portion. Overall it was a great visit

They are over priced with adds online that are not true it says 1299 for a buy one entree get one free for next night with soup or salad and 2 breadsticks but when u call them they say its 1499 for it and say online is wrong and then u ask for chicken Alfredo for one of the entrees and they tell u its Gina be 399 extra for the chicken bill shot rip offs so now its around a 20 meal advertised for 1299 maybe 25 with taxes and 30 with tip not good i can feed my while family for this never again

Love how they change up their menu. The food was great. The service was great at the host check in.

It was a clean, the staff were friendly and efficient. Good food, olive garden prices. I came up on business and will be returning again hungry.

What i enjoyed the most was how nice the staff was. I love the unlimited soups their so creamy and filling. I usually dont have room for the main dish by the time it comes out on a hot plate.

This place has the potential to be a great restaurant. Went here for a family birthday party(15 of us).The two waitress were more focused on the individuals who were drinking wine. The rest of us sat there at the table for 20 minutes before water arrived. Poor serviceFood was ordered the waitresses must have poor memories had to ask who ordered what? Really it's their job to know what everyone ordered.If you have a lot of time to wastem waiting for your food to arrive this is the place for you. As for us non alcoholics, it's not worth the wait. Food was okay it did arrive hot.

Clean establishment and friendly staff. The food was good, it was a bit pricey though. I think the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks is cool though (which is why I think the place is a bit pricey, so they can make up for all that food loss). Nevertheless the place was awesome. :)

Service has really gotten bad there! not to mention the salads are horrible! The lettuce is so yellow not even a rabbit would eat that 😖

Unlimited soup salad and bread always warms the heart! Our waitress was AMAZING! Almost predicted our every request, very efficient. Wish Yakima had more servers who loved their job and serving others like she did!!

The remodel at the Yakima location looks great. The food is always consistent. Depending on how busy it is will influence your wait time over all. I have not had poor service at this location. At my last visit my family was even compt my son's pizza because it didn't come out at the same time. The online ordering is easy and convenient also if you want to skip a crowd on a normally busy night. No restaurant is perfect, but any issue I've ran into here has not been enough to stay away.

The place is clean, staff is friendly and loved my Paparazzi Jewelry Accessories I was wearing from Forever Be U Beautique in Yakima. The food was hot and delicious. My server was great!

This is one of our favorite places for special celebrations. The staff is always friendly and the food is outstanding. We often stop by just for their amazing deserts. The servings are ample enough to share. They do not take reservations so you may have to wait awhile, but it is well worth it.

There is a lot to like about Olive Garden Service is always good. Bread Sticks and Alfredo sauce is a favorite, Love the Peach Sangria and Moscato wine. The salad is Generous portion but I am not always in the mood for Italian Dressing. It would be nice to have other options. The salad must have sulfites as a freshness ingredient it causes problems for sulfite sensitive people every time we go. Love the soup options tasty, and served nicely hot. I am most often disappointed with the main dishes. The pictures on the menu and descriptions look and sound wonderfull but taste and preparation is most often a let down. This coupled with prices in the high side limits how often I eat at Olive GardenIf you can be happy with Soup salad and Breadsticks and a yummy adult beverage Olive garden is a great experience and a good value. For me if your wanting a Main Dish it is not a good value and overall price can cause sticker shock.

Delicious food, amazing service, great facilities, but prices a bit steep. The zoodle dish I ordered was the best I have ever had! My husband's noodle seafood dish was creamy & flavorful.

They we're super busy but got us a table within 10 min. Service and food were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Stephen took really good care of us. He was completely focused and anticipated our need. An amazing woman named Christina made sure everything was fine as well. Angelica made me a fabulous mojito. To top it off managers Josh, Luck and the devastatingly handsome Ted made sure everything was great as well. We will be back. Cant beat that kind of service. The food is consistant. A quality lacking in most every other restaurant in Yakima. It had been quite awhile since I have eaten there. They dont miss a beat.

Reviews based on our to go order, we got our food to go and asked them if the silverware was in the bag and they assured us it was.. lol well it is not! So we called back and the manager said it’s wrapped in the yellow plastic with with our croutons.. ain’t there either lol THANK YOU.

Again the food was great and so was the wait staff. Again the only issues was the wait to get in and it took a little time to receive our meal but the half off bar tab made up for that.

Dinner was great! A bit crowded upon arrival, but was offered a place in the bar area. Seated immediately, it was quiet and made an intimate dinner for the two of us. Very nice experience.

This is a my Olives Garden of choice. The service is always good. The host/hostesses are very pleasant and receptive to guests. The food comes out hot and delicious. I haven’t had to send a dish back or have meat cooked a bit more during any of my visits there. I will continue eating at this Olive Garden as I will not eat at the Olive Garden in Kennewick.

The portion in yakima restaurant compared to kennewick olive garden was smaller. Kennewick i recommend yakima suit yourself

What can I say. The Greeter was outstanding and so was our waiter.

The place to fill all your pasta cravings and more!

Our waitress teeth were grotesque yello/orange and reeked of cigarette smoke. We didn’t think the soup was the same as always.. The kale was chewy crunchy and certainly did not have the Italian flavor in the sausage. Our bowl of chicken fettuccine had been scalded and tasted like is as well. We have never been let down eating here, until now. We feel that if we threw up we’d feel better!! It’s an option. I’m so sad by our bad experience 🙁🙁

Could be a little lower priced for their institutional food, however is always good eats!

Carissa was our server in the bar, and she was absolutely wonderful. Excellent $5 Blue Hawaiians, and delicious Creamy Garlic Tuscan Chicken. Then finished off with the chocolate lasagna ❤️ Super rich dense dessert, highly recommend for chocoholics 😊

Food was good but a bit pricey for pasta.

The waitress spilled a carafe of hot tea water right all over the table top by accident and then I didn't see her the rest of the night, we got a different waitress after that. I just hope she knows it was all OK and truly she was great, very charming. The food and atmosphere was good as always.

It was the worst food I've ever had don't waste your money!! No meat in the meat sauce pasta under cooked terrible

Good for your lunch and dinner

Not as impressive as it used to be. The quality of food has declined. The wait staff was great though. Bread sticks old tasting. I had the spaghetti and one bug meatball and the meatball was mushy without any great flavor. Salad was mediocre with some if the lettuce torn into great big hunks and others torn into tiny pieces. It was like two or more people put the salads together and didn't agree on how to do it. We had to ask for an additional table for the ten if us and it was obvious that we were hanging off the ends. Not likely going back. If you are looking for Italian in Yakima you should think about trying somewhere else if you want a really classy meal.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was enjoyable. Our server was prompt, patient, and accurate. We'll probably stop by here on another visit to family - plenty of table room to fit the family.

The food is always good.In between lunch and dinner the breadsticks aren't as fresh,still one of my favorite restaurants.
